Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Kerseta LLC ("Porch & Party", "we", "us") collects and uses information on this website and through our quote and rental request forms.

What we collect
Porch & Party collects the information you give us on our request form at porchandparty901.com/request (and, before it, our Google Form): your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, an optional social media link, a photo of your government photo ID, event details such as the date, place, guest count and budget range, the games you book, how you heard about us, any inspiration photos you add (kept privately, like your ID, and stripped of location and camera details), and anything else you choose to share. When you tick the agreement box we also keep the time, the version of our Rules & Responsibilities you agreed to, and the internet address it was sent from. If a friend sent you our link, we note who referred you.
Your photo ID
We ask every customer for a government photo ID. Your photo ID is for our safety and security: it lets us confirm who we are working with and, for game rentals, check the name at pickup. Only Porch & Party sees it. We never share it. It is kept in private storage that is not reachable from the public internet, the photo is resized on your phone and stripped of its location and camera details before it is stored, and we delete it after your final payment (for a rental, once the games are back). Deleting it is done by hand, by us; if you want it deleted sooner, email hello@porchandparty901.com.
How we use it
We use this information to review requests, send quotes and invoices, hold and confirm bookings, communicate about your booking, and follow up on requests.
We do not sell your personal information. Your request is stored by our website host (Cloudflare) and copied, without the ID photo, to our Google Workspace spreadsheet so we can manage bookings; emails about your request are sent through our email provider. The robot check on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps keep out spam.
Submitting a request means you consent to being contacted about your inquiry.
