These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Kerseta LLC ("Porch & Party", "we", "us"). They cover this website, quote requests, decor and grazing bookings, and party game rentals in the Memphis metro area.

Services and quotes
Porch & Party provides decorating, styling, and event setup services subject to availability and confirmation.
Quotes are custom and may change based on scope, materials, food requests, guest count, location, timing, and setup complexity.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until Porch & Party explicitly confirms the request.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details for dates, locations, venue type, and requested services. Hotel-room and venue-based setups may require coordination with the property or venue.
Food is not included in grazing-table styling unless specifically quoted and confirmed. Optional takedown for seasonal porch installs and event decor starts at $75 and is quoted with the setup. Party game rentals have no takedown: the renter picks them up and returns them at Mt. Moriah Station.
Deposits and payment
Porch, party and room decor and grazing dates are held by 50% of the quote; the rest is due by the time we arrive to set up. Party game rentals are held by a $50 refundable damage deposit plus 50% of the rental; the rest is paid at pickup. Payment is by Zelle or Cash App from your invoice; we do not take cash.
Rental & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation. Cancel 48 hours or more before your setup or pickup time and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept.
Weather. If rain or a storm is forecast for your date, we move your setup or rental to a new date free within 30 days.
Rental pickup and return. Party game rentals are picked up and returned at Mt. Moriah Station, Memphis Police Department, 2602 Mt. Moriah Rd, Memphis, TN 38115, a safe exchange zone. We do not bring rentals to you. The pickup time is set by text or call to 901-355-1518 after payment. A government photo ID is required on the request form and checked at hand-off against the name on the invoice.
Rental period and late return. One day: pick up the day before your event or that morning, and bring everything back the day after or 2 days after. The entire weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday): pick up Thursday or Friday, and bring everything back Monday or Tuesday. The price does not change with the days picked. A late return is charged as quoted with your booking.
Damage and missing pieces. Everything is checked at return. A missing bag, ring, card or piece is $5 each; a broken board, frame or screen is charged at replacement cost. The $50 damage deposit is refunded when everything comes back complete.
Text messages
When you call or text 901-355-1518, or give us your mobile number on the quote or rental form, you agree that Porch & Party may send you transactional text messages about your quote, booking or rental, such as confirming a date or setting a pickup time. Message frequency varies with your booking. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.
